A Dream Come True
Co-owner Marie dreamed of opening a Haitian food truck for years before she finally took the plunge with her daughter and co-owner, Lisa.
Giving Back
We are committed to giving back to the Haitian community by donating a portion of our profits to local Haitian organizations.
Passion for Cooking
Marie learned to cook from her grandmother and mother, who taught her the importance of using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.
A Growing Business
We started as a small operation serving lunch to construction workers, and now we serve our delicious food at events and festivals throughout South Florida.
